This position will work with the company’s key account managers, heads of sales, and customer relations team to effectively grow wholesale revenue while maintaining the integrity of Wolverine Worldwide Canada on on-line sites. Working closely with each brand, this role will analyze the wholesale business with assigned on-line retailers and implement the company’s policies related to internet distribution, product content, and operational processes. This position will develop and implement management reporting tools relating to consumer engagement and overall sales on on-line accounts. This role will have correlated interaction with senior management, including the brand sales VPs, and Group Presidents.
Oversee assigned on-line wholesale businesses (i.e. Amazon) for all brands, including overall revenue, profit and margin targets.
Strategically align with brand sales teams on product segmentation, consumer demand, on-line market-place positioning and distribution. This includes the setup of potential 3rd party sellers online and their segmentation strategy alignment per brand.
Work with Brand Protection (Legal) group on market-place distribution and iMAP policy enforcement.
Serve as the primary point of contact between on-line accounts and Wolverine Worldwide Canada.
Identify best course of execution for evolving strategic philosophies on how brands can maximize their presence and sales on on-line accounts.
Work with internal departments to align objectives and policies in managing eCommerce partners.
Implement processes to continually improve the speed and effectiveness of operational excellence.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for leadership to enhance brand wholesale revenue and profit.
Manage system integration between the Company and strategic retail partners.
Transforms and delivers qualitative data into relevant dashboards for decision making.
Create weekly and monthly reports on sales performance including sell-through, and inventory levels.
Ownership of product virtual catalogs and content.
Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Normal office environment. Travel required.
