We are looking for Account Executive for North Eastern Ontario that will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of North Eastern Ontario on behalf of Merrell and Saucony.
As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting business development and growth of accounts to achieve sales and profitability objectives. Developing relationships to promote product placement in the assigned channel of distribution. Identifiying marketplace opportunities, prospects and engaging new customers, preparing strategic sales presentations and responsible for account management.
Managing all aspects of the territory; sales strategies, presentations, sell in, dealer training, regional shows, merchandising and service to all our independent and regional chain dealers
Develop, initiate and maintain strong dealer relationships with buyers, managers and sales associates
Achieve all sales targets while ensuring profitable business
Develop, initiate and manage brand enhancement activities with dealers to maximize brand awareness
Service all doors in territory maximizing at once opportunities
Support and manage a cross-functional team with representatives from customer service, marketing, shipping and finance
Ability to solve problems and turn obstacles into opportunities
Other - Detailed oriented, computer skills & love to sell
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communications, business or equivalent work experience
Fundamental understanding of the relationship between product, sales, marketing and the account base
Minimum 3 years sales or marketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities
